During the Mass, Bishop Chow laid face down on the floor in total surrender to God as the congregation recited the Litany of the Saints in Cantonese.
“I really have no big plan, grand plan of how to unify, but I do believe there is a God, and God wants us to be united,” the 61-year-old Bishop-elect Chow said.
