The president of Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School in Indianapolis, Jesuit Father William Verbryke, announced the Jesuits have begun the process of appealing a June decree from Archbishop Thompson, which said that the Archdiocese of Indianapolis will no longer recognize the school as Catholic.
