California Settles with David Daleiden, Pro-Life Activist who Exposed Planned Parenthood
Daleiden welcomed this week’s settlement as a “huge victory” and noted that he planned to continue his pro-life work.
Daleiden welcomed this week’s settlement as a “huge victory” and noted that he planned to continue his pro-life work.
A lower court ruled that the pro-life activist is liable for $16 million to cover Planned Parenthood’s security measures and attorney fees when he made public the abortion leader’s practice of profiting off aborted children’s body parts.
Under the terms of a Dec. 8 legal settlement, the University of Washington will have to provide unredacted information about its research that uses tissue and organs harvested from aborted babies.
A recent study out of the University of Pittsburgh has highlighted the ongoing questions regarding the harvesting of fetal tissues for medical research.
“When abortion businesses can make $25,000 a quarter selling baby body parts, it is long past time for the Department of Justice to do its job and hold them accountable.”

Evil has had its day, but the story is far from over.
“This is a dangerous precedent for citizen journalism and First Amendment civil rights across the country,” said the Center for Medical Progress.
